New Cinema Coming To Monticello
According to these signs, Monticello Cinemas is coming this summer to the old cinema space that closed several years ago in the Thompson Mall. I heard the sound of demolition inside and noticed sun-faded movie posters replaced with the construction company sign. It has been a long time since movie theaters thrived in Sullivan County. This is a positive sign for renewal.
